The mission of the le regroupement québécois des résidences pour aînés (RQRA) is to unite, represent and support Quebec's private senior's residences. The RQRA aims to foster a sustainable socio-economic and legislative environment that enables members to innovate and adapt to meet the evolving needs of seniors.

Together, we strive to make our society a better place in wich to age, because a society that's doing well is a society that takes care of its elders.

WE ARE THE VOICE OF SENIOR'S RESIDENCES !

The RQRA defends the interests of all residences, whether small, large or medium-sized. Our expertise and commitment benefit nearly 800 members, managers and owners of residences for independent or partially independent seniors, who place their trust in us every day.

 Constant Evolution and Adaptation 

As society evolves, so do the practices of our industry. Ongoing adaptation and continuing education are crucial. We keep our members informed of advances in our field, by organizing regular training courses.

We even take training courses ourselves, with the aim of continuously improving practices throughout our sector and the well-being of our elders. We keep abreast of media and political issues : to be informed is to be ready.
