Mr. Sébastien Gauthier has been president of the Résidences des Bâtisseurs group since 2019. The regionally-based company has 25 residences, 1,547 employees and more than 6,000 units.

Before joining the Résidences des Bâtisseurs group, he worked for some twenty years in finance at major Quebec institutions.

From the outset, his leadership, management and negotiating skills enabled him to share his ambitions and strengthen the company's position in the province. Under his leadership, the group has more than doubled the number of its residences, while maintaining its positioning and vocation to offer inspiring environments throughout Quebec.

He is particularly proud of having developed a solid corporate culture based on the values of Les Bâtisseurs, advocating the well-being of residents and employees while confirming the commitment of the teams and the quality of the services offered.
