Marie-Josée Gendron is Director of Residential Services at the Office municipal d'habitation de Montréal. In this capacity, she manages the 10 residences in the En Harmonie network.

An architect by profession, Ms. Gendron has over 25 years' experience in rental property management, mainly in the social and affordable housing network, where she has held a variety of positions. Drawing on her many years of experience, she now heads a team of around one hundred people dedicated and committed to the well-being of low-income seniors, offering them affordable housing and high-quality services.
