After Switzerland last April and Japan in 2024, the RQRA is offering a new study mission in Singapore, fromApril 18 to 25, 2026.
This professional trip will allow you to explore the principles of active aging and innovation promoted in Singapore. Discover a multi‑ethnic society whose national care model draws lessons from Western countries.
Like Québec, this city‑state faces an accelerated aging of its population: by 2030, people aged 65 and over will represent nearly 1 in 4 individuals.
After exploring the Netherlands in 2023 and Japan in 2024, a delegation of 26 members and partners headed to Switzerland from April 6 to 12, 2025!
This experience allowed participants to immerse themselvesin Swiss practices, recognized worldwidefor their excellence. They had the opportunity to discover different models of senior management and housing in a society that, like Québec, is facing unprecedented population aging. Switzerland also stands out for itsstrong similarities with Québec’s reality, particularly in its approach to seniors’ residences.
