Sébastien Chartier holds the position of Senior Director, Operations and Sales for Chartwell Residences since 2022. Since 2008, Sébastien has demonstrated his strong management skills as General Manager of several seniors' residences and CHSLDs.

Starting in 2018, he made his mark as Regional Sales Director and subsequently as Regional Operations Director. A 2002 graduate of ITHQ in institutional cooking, over the years he has built high-performance, committed teams committed to the well-being of seniors.
