The RQRA organizes several study missions abroad each year, so that members can discover the best practices in seniors' housing and management. |
After Switzerland last April and Japan in 2024, the RQRA invites you to join a new study mission in Singapore, from April 18 to 25, 2026.

After discovering the Netherlands in 2023 and Japan in 2024, a delegation of 26 members and partners headed to Switzerland from April 6 to 12, 2025!
This experience allowed participants to immerse themselves in Swiss practices renowned worldwide for their excellence. They had the opportunity to explore different models of senior care management and housing in a society that, like Quebec, is facing an unprecedented aging of its population. Switzerland also stands out for its strong similarities with Quebec’s reality, particularly in its approach to senior residences.
In November 2023, our members explored the Netherlands (see below). 100% of participants found the mission informative, and we're delighted to share that the satisfaction rate exceeded 90% !
Check out the highlights of the Japan mission in the video and report below.
During this mission, RQRA members had the privilege of visiting renowned Japanese establishments, attending conferences led by local experts and sharing ideas with industry professionals.
The study mission to the Netherlands in November 2023 was a real success for RQRA's delegation of around twenty seniors' home managers and representatives.
The trip offered much more than a simple exploration of Dutch seniors' housing and management practices; it was a transformative immersion in excellence and innovation. A survey carried out after the study mission revealed that 100% of participants found the mission instructive, while the satisfaction rate reached 90%.
